Capital Overview 2017

As 2017 comes to an end, we take a look back at some of the fantastic events we have been involved in, from launches and project events to awards nights and team dinners – 2017 has definitely been an eventful year. We have so many exciting new projects coming up in 2017 and cannot wait to share these with you.



In February, we attended the Domain Lunch, highlighting not only Women in Business but also Women in Property. We were welcomed by Antony Catalano, who shared his insightful empathy towards working women.



Our Selection Grand Launch back in May was a huge success, we sold over 30% within the first hour!



Lechte Corporation have organised some fabulous events at their onsite Luminary display suite throughout the year, which we have been involved in. From styling sessions by Mim Design to Wine Appreciation evenings hosted by Domain’s wine expert, Ben Thomas.



With all the regulation changes, particularly Stamp Duty changes for Investors, we ran an Investment Information Evening with a panel of experts to answer a wide range of questions. Hosted at our stunning Eastside Village display suite in Hawthorn East, it was a great night and everyone learnt a lot!



In September we hosted our Block Party to launch B.E. Apartments in Brunswick East. We arranged food trucks, coffee, Fox FM, a DJ and Ghost Patrol (who was commissioned to create 5 unique pieces to be displayed throughout the building upon completion. It was a fantastic day with a great turn out!



We recently hosted a special Garden Party at our Malvern & York display suite. We had a local caterer (Sissi & Co) provide canapes and guests were welcomed with coffee and/or champagne upon arrival. It was a great way of bringing together purchasers and prospective purchasers, really highlighting the amazing community vibe that Glen Iris living offers.



This year we had a stall at the annual Business Chicks “9 to Thrive” expo. Over the two days we were lucky enough to meet some incredible ladies, share our current projects and highlight what Capital Property Marketing is about as a company.



The AREAs celebrate success and achievements across the real estate and media industries in the categories of Innovation, Service and Marketing and Community. It was held on the 16th of November in Melbourne and Capital were lucky enough to be finalists for our very successful Rockley Gardens campaign.



This year we celebrated our hard-working team at The Smith! It was an incredible day shared with lots of laughs, great company and of course Secret Santa!


During the year we have said goodbye to some of our amazing staff members and welcomed a few new staff members into the Capital Team, who each bring enthusiasm, plenty of new ideas and friendly smiles!
