Jorden’s energy, enthusiasm and passion for real estate has led to his successful 15-year career in project, house and land and established property sales.
Driven by his desire to deliver the highest levels of customer service, Jorden maintains an impressive amount of knowledge about the latest industry trends and legislative changes that affect buying and selling practices. Jorden’s experience across site identification, acquisition, feasibility reporting and marketing project sales make him an exceptional addition to the Capital team.
As Capital’s WA Director Licensee, Jorden will be your main point of contact for resales.
Marnie has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. She began her career in Residential Property Management which she pursued for a number of years before heading off to travel Europe and work in the UK. She furthered her experience in a London based Property firm once again as a Property Manager.
Upon her return she took a role with Knight Frank in their Commercial Leasing Department as a Leasing Executive. Looking to gain further exposure in a different area of the property field Marnie took on a role in Outdoor Advertising as the Vic/Tas Commercial Manager for the portfolio of outdoor advertising.
Her years spent in various roles within the property industry helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best services for her clients in real estate. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
With her sunny, positive personality and fantastic communication skills, Simone is a great addition to our property management team.
Following her graduation from a business management course, Simone set up Family Life Education Australia which successfully delivered a range of programs to schools. Whilst COVID restrictions impacted this work, she was delighted to commence a career in real estate, an industry that had always held her interest.
Simone has lived in five countries and eight cities. She is used to meeting new people from many backgrounds and walks of life and this wealth of life experience is of great value when dealing with clients, tenants and tradespeople. She is also extremely focused on building solid, honest relationships to ensure the property management process is efficient and stress free for everyone involved.
Outside of real estate, Simone loves spending time with her family, skiing, going to the beach and reading. She is also a keen supporter of AFLW Carlton.
Lana comes to Capital with over 11 years of property management experience. Having worked for both large established agencies as well as high-end boutique firms, and after spending a few years as a property management temp working across Melbourne, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the Melbourne property market, the Residential Tenancies Act in theory and action, and a strong foundation in agency best practice. Lana enjoys problem solving and gleans great satisfaction in working through difficult situations and arriving at the best possible outcome for all parties involved. A cheerful disposition, positive outlook and savvy strategy has served well in her leasing endeavours and her impeccable attention to detail and go-getter attitude make a lasting impression.
Gab comes from a career in advertising, marketing and photographic production, bringing a variety of skills to the area of marketing to Capital. Initially starting at Singleton Ogilvy & Mather advertising, Gab moved into creative management, running the Melbourne division of Viviens Creative Management and managing a team of 12 creative freelancers, and established Viviens as a leading agency for creative talent in Melbourne. After starting a family Gab had her own locations business, before moving to Capital to assist with advertising, marketing and administration.
